Project overview
Support Baystate Milling’s new truck-to-rail elevator facility at its Tolleson, AZ flour mill to gain efficiency, capacity and flow of incoming wheat by rail and truck that would provide an additional 1 million bushels of wheat storage. Our team developed a storage distribution system to distribute the wheat to the new storage at a rate of 10,000 bushels per hour through a bulkweigher and reclaimed at varying rates of up to 7500 bushels per hour.

Scope included all foundations, slipform construction, operation and wreckoff of the silo structure of 25 individual bins. Millwright scope including all material handling equipment for loading, reclaim and receiving by rail, in addition to tie-in to flour mill conveyance system of the new wheat storage addition.
