Estimator
This position is responsible for analyzing project requirements and developing accurate, complete cost proposals for clients. This includes reviewing plans and specifications, researching materials, transportation, labor, subcontractor and equipment costs, identifying risks and assumptions, obtaining information through site visits when needed, supporting proposal presentations, and helping transition awarded projects to the project manager team. A Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, accounting, statistics or another related field is preferred. Training in estimating or project management with relevant work experience and/or 2+ years of experience working as an estimator may also be acceptable.
