Sales Representative
This field-based position leads business development efforts across industrial and process-driven markets, helping to shape how the McCormick goes to market and grows. Build relationships with plant managers and key decision-makers, proactively generate new opportunities through direct outreach and industry connections, and lead practical, curiosity-driven discovery conversations to uncover real operational challenges. As the external face of the company, this person will guide prospects through the full sales cycle while collaborating with internal teams to ensure solutions are clearly defined, feasible and positioned to win, ultimately driving sustainable growth and long-term client partnerships.

Senior Estimator
Join our team in a player-coach leadership role, leading the estimating function while actively estimating projects, reviewing bids, supporting project handoff, coordinating with operations and sales teams, improving estimating processes and helping develop the estimating team. This role is responsible for driving estimating accuracy, operational consistency, workflow visibility and team accountability while helping position McCormick to pursue and win profitable work. The ideal candidate brings strong estimating experience, leadership capability, construction knowledge, sound business judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will have 7+ years of estimating experience within industrial, commercial, agricultural, manufacturing, renewable energy, material handling or related construction environments as well as proven success in the areas below.
