We take a proactive, prevention-first approach to safety. It is the backbone of our LIFE (leave injury-free everyday) program. That means integrating training, compliance and risk mitigation into every phase of our work. Our dedicated safety team monitors, audits and improves processes continuously to maintain our industry-leading standards.
Key components of our LIFE safety program include:
- Regular site inspections and safety audits
- Daily safety meetings and toolbox talks
- Pre-task hazard assessments
- Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)
- Ongoing safety training and certification
- Active incident reporting and investigation
- Subcontractor prequalifications and compliance checks
- Training and certification tracking to ensure all employees stay current
Safety accreditations and memberships
We maintain contractor qualifications and accreditations through our safety program. We also prequalify all site subcontractors to ensure they meet both our safety standards and any client or site-specific requirements.
