Mark Schmid

President, and CFO
(CPA, CCIFP)

Mark has been with the Company since 2006 in his current position after serving the Company as an outside advisor as CPA in practice back to 1997. Along with Mark's primary responsibilities in accounting, finance, IT, insurance and risk management, he provides extensive support to the Company's operations including project management, business development, safety, and contract negotiations. Mark maintains his active CPA license in the State of Minnesota and is a Certified Construction Industry Finance Professional (CCIFP) through his membership in the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) and Institute of Certified Construction Industry Finance Professionals (ICCIFP). Mark is always ready to serve his internal clients at McC and to the Company's clients and vendors.

Dan Shefland

Vice President
Engineering & Operations

Dan has been with the Company since 1997 heavily involved in all facets of project design, layout, estimating and project management throughout his career including promotion to his current position since 2007. Dan is also heavily involved in day-to-day decision making for design of facilities, collaboration with outside structural engineering firms, estimating, project management, and business development. His extensive experience in AutoCAD design, including involvement on all the Company's major projects since 1997, along with his extensive experience prior to joining the Company, provides significant value in facility layout and design aspects of the project. Dan works closely with project management and the operations team achieving successful projects for the client.

Steve Swanson

Chief Operating Officer

Steve has been with the Company since 2000 having worked his way through the ranks from a millwright crew member, certified crane operator, job superintendent, and general superintendent before his current position in 2017. Steve is heavily involved in day-to-day decision making for operations, project management, and business development. His extensive field experience, knowledge of construction means, methods and techniques on most of the Company's projects, brings strength and experience to the table in all matters. Steve is always looking at how we can better the Company and obtain great customer satisfaction while providing an excellent product.
