His professional responsibilities include overseeing the estimating department, reviewing estimates and proposals, attending site visits and      working with the Estimators to develop a plan for execution of the project.  Dan also works with the Drafting department overseeing production, redlining, facility layout / design, and process flow diagrams.  Dan is also responsible for the Project Management department at McC – which is to ensure that McC is providing quality and value to every project.

As CFO and Owner, Mark is responsible for the Company’s overall financial management function including financial reporting, corporate taxation, cash management, human resources, credit, risk management, insurance, bonding.  Mark plays a key role in the overall management and support of all areas of operations including key strategic and tactical planning.  Prior to coming on board at McC in March of 2006, Mark served McC since 1997 as the Company’s outside CPA.  Mark is actively involved in area youth activities including responsibilities as Treasurer of the Plymouth Wayzata Speed Skating short track club in Plymouth, MN.
